Occupational Safety + Health Administration (OSHA)

Did you receive an OSHA Penalty & Citation letter and you do not know your rights or the next move but you’re under the time restraint set forth by OSHA? We can help!

  1. Correct the Hazard. Create an action plan and take steps to correct hazards as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
  2. Understand requirements for posting the Citation
  3. Request an Informal Conference within 15 working days
  4. Agree or Contest with OSHA

We have been successfully representing clients to combat OSHA Penalties and Citations since 1995. In some cases, we are able to get citations lumped with other found citations to lower the total penalty, get the citation totally removed or, at a minimum, get the penalty severely reduced.

We have even had some cases where the citations were removed or reduced as low as 81%! If you have received such a letter, the clock is ticking call now!

OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Training (General Industry + Construction Industry)

The Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) developed its Outreach Training Program as a primary way to help workers receive consistent training in the basics of occupational safety and health standards.

There are OSHA 10- and 30-hour outreach courses available in general industry topics, as well as OSHA 10- and 30-hour outreach courses in construction topics.

This training program is intended to provide entry-level general industry and construction industry workers information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job-related hazards on a job site. The training covers a variety of industry safety and health hazards that a worker may encounter at a work site.

Training should emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention, not OSHA standards.
