Cleavenger Compliance Training & Consulting, Inc. provides confidential written facility audits to many industries!

Each facility audit shall be submitted in written format with noted deficient safety & health issues relating to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration or state plan where applicable. Additionally, some environmental issues relating to Federal EPA standards may be referenced with the applicable 40 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) or local jurisdiction standards. 

A detailed written report of findings, including digital pictures identifying out-of-compliance locations, operations, equipment, machinery, procedures, etc. shall be submitted within fifteen (15) business days from the conclusion of the actual audit to management for review and discussion.
